Got a return?  No worries!  We understand online shopping can be hard. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, we are happy to exchange or refund any item (excluding sale items, Collar LLC, AiryVest or Bespoke Denim Vests).  There are just a few points to be aware of so please do give this page a quick read before returning your goodies.

Please note any returns must be received within 14 days of purchase and must include original packaging, tags and be in saleable condition as they were received.  We also ask you fill in and send back the returns form included in your original order, as this will not only streamline the process but it will also help us improve the shopping experience for you in the future!

We strongly recommend sending packages back via a traceable method to avoid complications.  Please note however, Mascot do not take responsibility of any items lost in the process of returning to us.

We will raise an exchange or refund you once the package has been received back to us with your return form.

Mascot offers free shipping (on applicable orders) with the understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased. Should you choose to return your full priced order for a refund, Mascot will retain any original shipment costs incurred ($5 flat fee nationwide).

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
