We at Mascot believe shopping for your fur babies can be an experience, rather than just a necessity. While high quality and effectiveness are our top priority when sourcing brands, we also carefully select our products to compliment the contemporary home so you too can enjoy shopping for your pet! Our brands hail from all over the world - many are handcrafted, and all will provide a unique talking point in your home.
"Do you actually have experience with pets?"
Pets are our passion! Having been involved with dogs, cats and horses all her life, our founder is committed to hand picking only the best and most effective products for you and your pets. She has a keen, ongoing interest in pet psychology and health, and aims to share this with you through the high end, quality products stocked at Mascot.
"Where are your products from?"
Our products are sourced from designers and distributers the world over! So far we stock beautiful goods from Poland, USA, UK, Australia and Germany. We also have many more brands in the pipework so we can grow our reach and bring you more lush product from all corners of the globe.
"How long do I have to wait to get my order?"
We aim to personally pick and ship out all products on the same day, for orders placed before 2pm. That means we can get your order to you uber fast and your mascot can be the smuggest on the street quicker than you can say "Thanks Mascot!". Of course, that doesn't include pre-order or special order items, for which time frames will be discussed on an individual basis. We ship NZ orders with Courier Post on an overnight service, so North Island customers you should receive your package within 24 hours of it being dispatched. "Do you ship internationally?"
We ship to Australia for a flat fee of $15! Australian orders will usually arrive between 3 and 10 days.
"Do you offer returns or exchanges?"
Yes we do! We offer refunds and exchanges on all orders within 14 days of purchase. Products must be received in saleable condition in all original packaging and unused. Please see our returns page for more information.
"Can I request something you don't stock?"
Absolutely - as long as it is a brand we carry in our store! If you have spied something you like on a brand's website but we don't currently have it in stock, please do send us an email and we will see what we can do for you! That also includes extra sizes in collars we may not have listed, and different colours in Bad Tags.
